Klamath Birding Pt 1

It’s been a busy winter with moving, jobs, and generally settling back into being back from abroad. In other words, it’s been a while since my last posting.┬áBut! What better way to jump back into things than with an incredible weekend of birding during the spring migration.

I went with a group of ornithologists and had such an amazing time. The weekend went by way too quickly but it was extremely rewarding.

I was experimenting with a brand new zoom lens and there were some phenomenal birds and wildlife – birds I had not yet seen (lifetime birds!) and some unexpected wildlife that just made the day that much more fantastic (part 2!).
